With the latest release of Delivery Connect, Blackbay’s Transport & Logistics (T&L) customers can leverage the big data collected throughout their entire collection and delivery process. The analysis and reporting capability of Visibility Connect, Blackbay’s Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Tool, allows delivery companies to work smarter and more efficiently by enabling them to proactively monitor their business operations in real-time, identify and resolve exceptions and over time, pre-empt driver compliance issues to help them achieve first time, on time, every time, deliveries.
