Blackbay's BI & Reporting Tool Makes Business Sense of T&L Big Data

Infused Analytics from Logi Analytics enables Blackbay's T&L customers to work smarter and more efficiently 

With the latest release of Delivery Connect, Blackbay’s Transport & Logistics (T&L) customers can leverage the big data collected throughout their entire collection and delivery process. The analysis and reporting capability of Visibility Connect, Blackbay’s Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Tool, allows delivery companies to work smarter and more efficiently by enabling them to proactively monitor their business operations in real-time, identify and resolve exceptions and over time, pre-empt driver compliance issues to help them achieve first time, on time, every time, deliveries.

Crucially, the dashboards, scorecards and reports can be configured by Blackbay’s T&L customers to ensure a perfect fit with their individual business processes to obtain data driven decisions resulting in more measurable outcomes.

Alternatively, Blackbay’s customers can reap the benefits of its extensive expertise and knowledge of the T&L marketplace and run Visibility Connect’s pre-configured best practice dashboards and line of business reports as well as functional reports around business process performance. These dashboards and reports, which can be easily integrated into customers’ existing management information systems, provide quick and easy access to real-time data around KPIs which include first time delivery rates, on-time delivery performance, carded deliveries, customer interaction via SMS, safe place deliveries and driver scorecards.

Reports, delivered to stakeholders across all levels and all departments from IT, operations, sales, marketing and customer experience teams, can be customised to provide the relevant information in the required format.
