Dave has had an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the IT industry and has worked extensively throughout the Asia Pacific region.  Dave has worked with a wide range of companies in the Supply Chain and Field Service markets, proposing and managing over 100 mobility projects. Dave’s ability to introduce new technology and business change has enabled companies to find cost effective and innovative solutions to their business challenges.  His innate understanding of the industry and his valuable experience is coupled with educational qualifications in engineering and people management providing a solid base to help companies evolve their working environments.

Richard, a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), comes from a professional accounting and financial services background. Richard completed an economics degree from Macquarie University in Sydney Australia before being employed by Coopers and Lybrand in their Sydney financial services business advisory division. During his time with C&L Richard spent time working in Hong Kong and then London on a variety of assignments. Prior to Blackbay Richard was a Vice President in Operations for JPMorgan Investment Bank located in London.

Lisa Miles-Heal serves as Chief Operating Office for Blackbay, providing overall technology leadership and management for Blackbay’s worldwide operations. Prior to joining Blackbay, Lisa was IT Director of House of Travel Holdings where she was responsible for overseeing the operations and leading strategic direction of the IT Group. Lisa was instrumental in the successful expansion of the IT Group including the establishment of significant outsourcing partnerships and process methodologies. Lisa’s 14 years in the technology industry also includes a number of executive and management posts at CapGemini and Peace Software. Lisa holds a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Auckland.

Chris has joined Blackbay from LogicaCMG where he was responsible for managing one of LogicaCMG’s largest outsourcing contracts for a major transport system provider in the UK.  He has spent the last 20 years in the IT/IS industry working for a number of the leading hardware manufactures and outsourcers in a variety of sales & marketing roles, primarily focused on the logistics, retail and consumers goods sectors.  At Xansa Chris was successful in winning the outsource contract for a major travel tour operator.  Most recently Chris was the business development director at RAC, responsible for taking the company into new market sectors and was successful in securing a major contract with a water utility company for a water meter replacement programme.
